When Ševčík took on his global role three years ago, he inherited a fragmented landscape of 15 countries already on the global platform, with another 14 still operating on separate local Jira instances. 

What followed was an ambitious three-year consolidation project that would see Ševčík and his four-person technical consulting team migrate country after country – from Brazil to Belgium, Czech Republic to Turkey – into a unified system.
