Deprecation of Team Timeline and Team Commitment from Capacity Report

In order to improve the overall user experience of Capacity Planner, we are phasing out the Team Timeline and making changes to the legacy Capacity Report in for Atlassian Cloud users of Planner.

The Team Timeline and the Capacity Report's team commitment and effective team size features will no longer be available or supported after March 1, 2023.

Replacing these features is a new and improved Team Planning feature.
