Inclusive of Tempo, Prime, ALMWorks and Old Street Solutions
The prices of certain apps were adjusted in July 2024 and are NOT changing again with this announcement: BigQuery Connector for Jira, Power BI Connector for Jira and Tableau Connector for Jira. Some apps may see an increase greater than 30%.
Ensuring a smooth transition
We understand that pricing changes can be significant, so we’re committed to making the transition as smooth as possible.
60-day price protection: Existing customers can take advantage of a 60-day price protection period, allowing you to renew or purchase apps at the current lower rate, provided you stay within the same user tier and your quote is created before the new rates take effect on October 14, 2024.
For app evaluators: If you’re currently evaluating a Tempo app, you can lock in the existing lower price if you purchase before your evaluation period ends. Data Center evaluators will see new pricing applied unless a pre-existing quote is in place.
Migration support: We continue to support customers migrating to Data Center or Cloud through Atlassian’s Dual Licensing program. Detailed guidance is available in our help center to ensure a seamless experience.

When will the new pricing be published?
Pricing will be published in the Atlassian Marketplace on October 14th, 2024.
When will the pricing take effect for renewals?
Existing customers get a 60-day price override so they can pay the lower price when they renew or purchase the app. They can do this as long as they're on the same user tier and the quote is created before the renewal override date (60 days from the price change).
Why are you changing prices at this time?
We are adjusting pricing across Tempo’s Atlassian Marketplace portfolio to reflect our investment in enhancing our products and providing superior enterprise grade solutions. Please visit Tempo’s Trust Center to view our enhanced security and compliance.
We also maintain alignment with Altassian’s pricing to ensure time to budget for the upcoming calendar year.
Can I still buy or renew my apps at the old prices?
Yes, existing subscriptions can be renewed at the old price for a period of 60 days, and any quotes created (by Atlassian and/or channel partners) before the new prices go into effect will be honored for 30 days. Please contact your channel partner or visit the Atlassian Marketplace to generate a new quote.
Will there be any additional price changes?
We frequently review our pricing compared to the market. Future pricing adjustments will reflect the value our apps and solutions provide to our base of loyal customers.
