Strategic roadmapping has come a long way since Roadmunk began over a decade ago – and we’ve evolved with it.

From our beginnings as a small planning tool built by product managers, we've evolved into an award-winning platform for strategic roadmapping that lets users build, strategize, and connect.

We’ve helped thousands of teams bring complex and disparate data into one easy-to-share visual and now have multiple integrations to help make roadmapping as accessible as possible.

With this new functionality and outlook in mind, we have decided to update our product name to reflect its updated value from when we first launched. 

We’re rebranding to Strategic Roadmaps.

The functionality of Strategic Roadmaps (formerly Roadmunk) will stay the same and there is no required action on your part. 

We are still built by and for product managers, and now we can invest more into scalability, UX/UI, integrations, and have big plans for the future to make this tool better for teams of all sizes.

We know that scale matters, we’re investing in performance to ensure our platform works as fast as you do. Over the next few months, you can expect updates from us about the rebranding process, and you’ll see in-product name changes.

We are rebranding some of our products to better align with our company's vision and roadmap. The capabilities and quality of service will remain the same or better.

No, we do not anticipate any service disruptions. The name change is not impacting the underlying technology and infrastructure. The transition will be seamless and transparent to our users.

The core functionality of the products will remain the same. You'll continue to enjoy the same features and benefits you're accustomed to.

All your data and roadmaps will remain intact. The product name will be updated in all interfaces to reflect the new branding, but your data will not be affected.

Future invoices and quotes will reflect the new product name. There will be no changes to the billing process or payment details. Your billing and payment processes will remain the same.

The name change from "Roadmunk" to "Strategic Roadmaps" is part of our rebranding initiative. We have updated our brand name to better reflect our mission and the value we provide to our customers. However, please note that the legal entity remains the same - Roadmunk Inc. We will inform our customers well in advance if there are any plans to change the legal entity providing the service.

No, the rebranding does not involve any changes to the pricing.

No, the terms and conditions will remain the same, except for the name change. Therefore, it will not affect the validity of the terms of service.

No, for most customers, the existing terms of service available on the website will continue to apply, with just the updated product names. In some cases, we may need to sign an addendum, but we'll contact you directly if that's necessary.

Generally, no action is required on your part. However, if your internal records or systems reference the old product name, you may wish to update them for consistency and inform your finance or procurement team of the change.

Over the next couple months we'll be updating our website, documentation, and marketing materials to reflect the new branding.

The name change will take effect on 1 July 2024. From that date onwards, the new company name will start to appear on all communications and materials.
